1.Provide Innolcon ophthalmic products global market strategy and action plan according to the company\'s development strategy ;
2. Master the product knowledge (Phacoemulsification surgery system and related consumables), pay attention to market changes and competitor dynamics, leverage the product characteristics for quick market entry;
3. Discover relevant customer resources and establish cooperative relationships to ensure the implementation of annual marketing plans and sales targets based on proper management.
4. assist the marketing department to carry out the corresponding academic promotion and KOL resource management in order to improve brand awareness.
5. Responsible for the international sales department (ophthalmology) team talent training; Establish the internal sales training mechanism, constantly improve the workflow.
II. job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, medicine, pharmacy, language and other related majors;
2. With more than 3 years of overseas sales and team management experience in ophthalmic equipment and related consumables, such as PHACO system and related consumables or other traditional ophthalmic equipment;
3. Proficient in distribution mode, with sufficient customer resources is preferred;
4. Strong customer service consciousness, competitive awareness and good communication skills as well as market development ability;
5. Possess the ability to lead and train subordinates, acquire strong team cooperation spirit, and acceptable to regular overseas business trips;
6. Insight into the medical device market situation; have good customer relations, familiar with the relevant laws;
7. Language ability: proficient in English and Mandarin, multilingual will be a strong plus.

I. Job Responsibilities
1. Develop product strategy and action plan for home market for ophthalmic products based on the company’s strategic plan.

2) Proficient in distribution strategies.
3) Existing customer resources preferred.
